How it started
I first came across the Boerboel in 2003, long before Tuebor existed. What started as curiosity about a breed I had barely heard of eventually became years of learning, my own dogs and, later, breeding.
Tuebor was established in 2013. Today, several generations of Tuebor dogs have been born here. Many of the dogs behind the ones I have today are dogs I have bred, owned or known myself.

Our dogs
Our dogs are relatively small group of Boerboels of different ages and generations.
Some were bred here, while others were brought into the kennel for their bloodlines and qualities.
Together, they are the dogs behind Tuebor today.

Puppies
Our puppies are born and raised at home, surrounded by children, adult dogs and ordinary everyday life.
I get to know each puppy as an individual, test their temperaments and use that information together with what I know about the future home when making placement decisions.
Our offspring
Breeding doesn't end when the puppies leave.
I follow Tuebor dogs throughout their lives and collect information about their health, temperament and development. Seeing what different combinations actually produce is an important part of planning the generations that follow.
